People will be assaulted and killed and the executive branch will be at fault. This is absolutely unacceptable and should be stopped by the courts.

If only we had someone, a Chief Justice so to speak, who was in precisely the position to stand up for an independent judiciary by publicly refusing the request on behalf of all judicial branch employees.

A teacher and a student were killed in a school shooting in the Abundant Life Christian School in Madison, Wisconsin, the police said. The suspect was a student, and the death toll was revised to three, including the shooter. Follow updates.
