The Minnesota woman who died today was apparently a mother. Someone close to the family and who has access to a lawyer should help set up GoFundMe. IMO, the money should go directly into a trust, which should go directly to the child when they are 18 years old, not an intermediary family member.

Reminder: flattened emissions means the rate of increase in concentration is no longer accelerating. Flat emissions means that co2 will continue to increase at ~2.5 ppm per year. Still bad but not as bad as before.
