It's not just that large, peaceful protests demonstrate widespread opposition to the regime. It's also that, by being large, and diverse, and inclusive, they demonstrate the reality of a society this regime and its ideology hate, and believe or insist is impossible: thriving and happy pluralism.

If the Dems ever regain power again, they should do so with a long memory — trials for all these sadistic fucks, and the entire chain of command above them.

Become the party of Law and Order and then do it proper.

Looks like we're gonna lose one of our customers due to them running out of money. I suppose that's the downside of selling to startups :/

Here's the reality. Trumpers DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE TRUTH.

They are here because they want a dictator. They want a strongman. They want a moron.

They are themselves idiots, simps, and suckers.

Don't let them forget it.

Just landed another $150 MRR with good growth potential as the customer team scales out! Now at ~$700 MRR. It's small, but it's ours 🙂

Still need to implement a lot of the vision we're selling, but getting validation always is motivating

No camels allowed. Cloudflare got aggressive with their ruleset in response to the Apache Camel vuln, and well, whoops.

Marco Rubio just made the argument, bold faced, not a mistake an intentional statement, that at any time the US can revoke your visa and then you are instantly here illegally and they can arrest you, deport you, torture you, all without any due process.

That means the United States is simply unsafe

The amount of "tacticool" cosplay by Republicans would be funny if it weren't so sad.

How many of these people have actually learned proper handling of a firearm outside of photo ops?
Just wasted four minutes thinking of how Rs would dunk on Ds if their social media referred to bullets as “freedom seeds.”

Yeah, but who could've possibly expected a corrupt loser and fraudster to want to pardon other corrupt losers and fraudsters?

YES, they fucking can.

Just shipped this improvement to our system interaction graph vis! Users have wanted to have a way to pare down the complexity, focus on specific items, and find specific services in a mess of code, so here it is!

Literally zero-config, just hook us up to a repo and let 'er rip.

Contracting is a great way to remind yourself of what you're good at (or not so good at!).

But man, going from my CI/CD, which deploys in <3 minutes, to have to wait on some company's database deploy to take 20+ minutes... 🤬

Sometimes I really hate knowing the dark ways of managing mixed CJS/ESM modules in bundling Typescript stuff

Always such a pain in the ass. Wish we'd move to ESM and be done with it.

Still rather do this than use Python 😉

I found this too familiar; it details a progression I once fell into: techno-libertarianism to neoreaction.

I only got out due to
- Education, thoughtful friends
- Personal lens: choice > "efficiency"
- Exposure to marginalised groups
- Chesterton's Fence

We've been working on leveraging our system interaction graph to power some "jump to definition" work for APIs and lambda invocations.

So far, we've been able to build out a simple proof-of-concept for Serverless Framework on AWS lambda invocations.

Burned most of today tracking down a pageload performance regression... Was taking 30s on initial load!

Turned out to be some weird mixture of dep versions in lockfile. Thousands of tiny chunks out of esbuild as a result, choking the browser.
