A reminder that NZ increase in Govt spending during 2020 - 2022 was middle of the pack by any sensible measure you choose. Treasury for *some reason* are still using a rushed together, inconsistently measured, and hopelessly out of date IMF report from 2021.

This is dangerous. Also hypocritical in the extreme as he pushes mandatory speech regulation in the name of free speech on statutorily independent universities at the same moment as he seeks to intimidate and silence those tasked by legislation with critic and conscience functions.
Also this stuff, what do you think is the intended effect of targeted posts like this?

Steak and kidney pie was our Sunday lunch pie. Every Sunday my dad would tell us who'd donated a kidney for that week's pie. I knew kidneys could be donated because of organ donor cards. I worried I'd have to donate one until I was 11 and learned they were from cows.
