It’s almost 90 degrees in Seattle, but the sun is far enough south that the neighbors’s giant cedar tree is filtering it. There’s a slight breeze, so it’s not unbearable, and I’m sitting on the balcony at the back of our house noticing how very late-summer everything looks.
