This is a great idea. @governor.ca.gov make it happen.
If this bill passes, Democratic states should all increase taxes on the 1% to cover the costs of programs getting slashed. Billionaires won’t leave CA or NY to go to Alabama just because they have to pay an extra 2-3% a year incomes over a million bucks.

This is not a simple budget increase. It is an explosion - making ICE bigger than the FBI, US Bureau of Prisons, DEA,& others combined.
It is setting up to make what’s happening now look like child’s play. And people are disappearing.
