“Don’t feed the trolls” also extends to bad opinion pieces in papers of record.
They run them bc people react to them the most.
If we stop linking to bad columns and instead post thinkers we find valuable (& generate convo around it), incentives change.
It’s not easy and takes constant practice!

About 78.8% of eligible voters did NOT vote for Trump. 35.5% of eligible voters stayed home. 48.3% voted Harris. If my math is correct, only 21.2% of eligible voters voted for Trump. This is NOT an overwhelming victory. GOP does not have a mandate. 78.8% of Americans deserve representation, too.

Trump spread hate on social media for Thanksgiving while Kamala volunteered at a soup kitchen. Not to score points for a campaign, but because of who she is. I’m so sad for what could have been. We’re in for some awful years.

25% tariff on all Canadian imports will devastate gas prices. Shown here are all the cross border imports of Canadian oil. Keep in mind that a lot of US oil cannot be directly used/refined in the U.S.— we actually export U.S. “light” crude and instead import “heavy” crude to use in U.S.

Lots of people are about to be really mad that price of eggs goes up but they can’t get a 2nd job because they can’t afford childcare and when they do finally get the eggs they get E Coli because there’s no FDA but can’t go to the doctor because they got kicked off their health plan. #FAFO
