My guess is that someone else will be calling plays for the Eagles Week 14. Kevin Patullo is far from the only problem, and maybe not even the biggest problem, but that’s the easiest high-level switch.
It's pretty obvious that the Eagles need to make some kind of big change. They cannot keep rolling out this trash offense every week. They'll have a couple extra days to figure something out before their next game, but it can't be nothing.

After today's performance, the Eagles offense ranks 28th in success rate.
They are producing a positive play at a lower rate than offenses like the Saints and the Jets.

Being an Eagles fan is mostly great. I think most people here know they have it good.
But I am pretty tired of announcers like Al Michaels wondering why people are booing the offense. The highest-paid offense in the NFL is a disaster every single week. It's objectively pathetic!
