Would it be possible to put all the old men, from all countries who seem to love war but just legislate wars fought by our children, into an arena (ala Gladiator) and let them just beat the shit out of each other? Could we just do that?

I do not have $ in the market, but it seems to me that the whole tariffs;stock mrkt melt down; buy stocks at lower price; tariff pause thing is VERY suspicious. If I wanted to make money, isn’t this exactly what I would do?

I’m sorry that people are losing the value of their 401K’s & are scared/outraged by the market dropping. If this is what it takes to see the lite, so be it. More concerning should be people being deported without due process. Tariffs, Greenland, all distractions. The Nazis didn’t START with ovens.

Thinking- the greatest harm these DOGE cuts are doing are to the two groups that anyone with any empathy would go to the mat to protect- veterans and children/youth. One group gave up so much so we can be free and the other is our future.

Such encouraging news- the US company I ordered a Ukrainian flag from sent me an email letting me know it’s gonna be a minute, as they have received more orders in the last week than they received all of 2024. Trump, you are backing the wrong horse (& by “horse” I mean Putin)
