Well there's no good time for the office to smell like Cesspool Problems, but I would say that the day of a holiday dessert party is the worst time for that

Pete Alonso will wear No. 25 for the Orioles. "Hell yeah," he said as he put on Baltimore's jersey for the first time.

I know the Mets currently look multiple wins worse than 2025 but that team spent three months being disgustingly bad, it's really hard for me to be upset at roster turnover after that

hey guys it's my first time submitting a hall of fame ballot how'd I do
Ballot #5 is from a voter who wishes to remain anonymous. As a refresher, we are unable to report adds or drops, if any, on anonymous ballots.

This is the first ever known David Wright-only ballot. There will not be a unanimous inductee this year.

Your average Hall of Fame voter is very similar to your average American voter in that they make completely illogical and arbitrary choices that will just make you depressed if you try to understand them.
Ballot #1 in the 2026 Hall of Fame voting cycle is from Jorge Morejón. Andruw Jones receives the first net gained vote of the cycle. Jones finished last year 8.8% shy of election. Morejón's column: www.martinoticias.com/a/opini%C3%B...

Ohtani very visibly had nothing in the first two innings, I don't know why they sent him out for the third
