Sometimes I miss having my parents in my life. Other times, I’m so glad that I don’t. My parents are right-wing and I can’t imagine trying to have a conversation with them about why what’s going on politically is bad and how it is affecting me, their child.

Sick with a cold since Thursday. Grateful for grocery delivery (not that I don’t already used it most of the time haha), my sister bringing me meds, hot baths (something I couldn’t do living in an RV), and video games. Been really enjoying Stray!

I am absolutely gutted. This is a devastating blow for queer and trans kids. Unaliving rates are sure to skyrocket, which absolutely shatters my heart. I used to facilitate a support group for trans kids, and have seen how often, home is not a safe space for them. 1/?
