Il y a huit ans, plus d'un million de Birmans appartenant à la minorité musulmane des Rohingyas, persécutés par l'armée birmane, fuyaient vers le Bangladesh voisin. Aujourd'hui encore, ces réfugiés vivent dans des camps surpeuplés et ne peuvent pas retourner dans leur pays ravagé par la guerre civile. Mark Farmaner, directeur de Burma Campaign, ONG qui milite pour les droits humains et la démocratie en Birmanie, regrette que justice n'ait toujours pas été rendue aux victimes.
