Sorkin: Trump said that China was going to buy 12 million tons of soybeans by the end of the year. I’ve asked members of the administration: the end of the year is basically here—we’re about 15 days away. I think we’ve sold about 300,000 metric tons. So how do you get from 300,000 to 12 million?
