I think this is Colorado but I’m not certain, which makes me incredibly happy to know I’ve been to so many wonderful places like this that I’m not even sure where they all are. It’s not a brag, I swear. Don’t want to re-type but this is definitely Colorado. It’s near Dillon. The forces of nature like wind, sunrises, and waterfalls keep on churning no matter what evil lurks elsewhere. Fight the power but savor the beauty.

A view of the majestic Grand Tetons from the Snake River overlook. The jagged mountains are glowing pink from a sunrise. I got my ass up 4 days in a row at 0 dark:30 for this pic and am still not pleased there were no clouds in the sky. Other days there was nothing but clouds obscuring the view. The best thing about getting up that early in a national park is all the wildlife you see at that time of day. That was magical for 4 days. This park is overshadowed by Yellowstone which is a mere hour north, but I personally enjoyed it far more. Floated down the Snake River one day and that was simply glorious.

Shot from inside of a cave looking out at the sea. It’s not framed super well because my adrenaline had just worn out after falling on some rocks on my kidney and messing up one of my arms. You had to swim to this beach as it is otherwise inaccessible. It was about 250 meters. Once I got there I realized just how injured I was so I took 3 quick shots and began my slow, one armed swim back home. Some times it’s a full contact sport. Oh, this is on Skopelos, Greece.
