Lucy encourages council to vote for the referral to make sure the work gets done. Passes unanimously. Hard to know what to conclude here. We could have just got this done; now we have to wait. Hope this does ultimately lead to the change we want to see.

I'm not deferring taxes, but my understanding is that when you do, a lien is registered on the title - and some mortgage issuers may see that as a problem.

The Coroner does not say this, but I will... this type of vehicle is sold with the express purpose of being easily modified and turned into an electric motorcycle while hiding under the legal cover of e-bike laws.

We can only speculate as to why they would prefer hydrogen, I’m sure it’s nothing to do with it being produced from fossil fuels.

We only get a couple of big dumps of snow a year here in Lower Mainland BC, but the law requires snow tires on all of the highways out of here, October-April for good reason. I’ve bought X-Ice for my last three cars and been happy, they have done the job in the snow and they are just fine elsewhere.
