Somebody asked Grok why it's bringing up "white genocide." Grok helpfully says it was told to do so and that "this instruction conflicts with my design to provide truthful, evidence-based answers."

Three things:

1) It's infinitely easier to conserve something that's already here than to conjure it back into existence.

2) You can't restore a species in any meaningful way without also restoring its habitat—which brings us back to (1).

3) We do, in fact, de-List species by doing (1) and (2).

So, the US is waging tariff war with Europe while destabilizing world peace. And when countries decide to make their defence decisions, the US objects? Why would anyone trust their supply and pay tariffs to the instigator of trouble? Make it make sense. www.reuters.com/world/us-off...
US officials object to European push to buy weapons locally

I am 100% for this war to end, but knowing that the USA is orchestrating it makes me very uneasy. Earlier published conditions will only leave you to wonder what will be left of the country after USA and Russia's pillage....

Gym day: Feeling invincible, healthy and on top of my game. Sipping my electrolytes and proteins like a pro.

Day 1 after gym: Surprised to feel fresh, rested and not in pain. Super stoked for progress and revovery.

Day2 after gym: every muscle in my body hurts too much for me to move.

At least the nature is not actively trying to kill me. Just slowly burning my sense of humor to crisp while gnawing off pieces of me.

Although we might now view the situation with amusement, even laughing, we must understand we are not isolated from it. And eventually the waves will hit our shores and the damage will be felt. None of us is immune to what's to come.

Today at the grocery store a tiny old Asian lady got ambushed by falling boxes of bagged frozen shrimps. I was the only one helping her. Neither of us understood what we said to each other while repacking bags of shrimps into boxes. Good deed done. Btw I hate shrimps.
