Beyond using Third Person follow and its Springarm3D which, has physics collision, it's not really possible out-of-the-box atm.

There have been a few requests for this, so it's something I would love to look at implementing at some point.

It has been very satisfying to make something that (hopefully) looks and feels nice for others to read given the content is generally quite dry and technical
