Pack a backpack for each. Take at least 4 bottles of water per & protein snacks. Don't forget sunblock & hats! Adult bags add simple first aid. Tylenol or ibuprofen, sm & lg bandaids, roll gauze (pre cut, no scissors!), paper tape, ace bandage. Write emerg info on arm/leg w/marker. ID.
