Tesla brags about FSD but blames you if it crashes.
When Tesla's FSD works well, it gets credit. When it doesn't, you get blamed.
When FSD is on, a human driver must remain attentive. When things go well, Tesla takes the credit. When things go bad, it blames you.

Tesla was promising FSD that could drive you without touching a wheel from LA to NYC 10 years ago.

And now we have a handful of cars in a geofenced sandbox in Austin?

And robots that have thus far been humans in suits and 100% teleoperated by humans.

What will it take to get refunds for the never achieved FSD we purchased?

The current supervised version is not making any progress. Fundamental incapabilities result in the same issues reported since the beginning. Tesla has said they don't even know what hardware wil be required to get to FSD

This isn't what Tesla advertised to sell me FSD. It's just supposed to be able to drive me safely allowing me to do other things like a cab or chauffeur. Supposed to be safer than a human. Mad max is the opposite of that. It is bad reckless human behavior.

I want a Refund.

We received the latest version of Tesla's self-driving software, 14.1.4.

On our first day of testing, Tesla's defective software blew through a 15mph school zone at 31mph, more than double the speed limit when kids are present. (1/2)
