The shutdown is the biggest recession risk.
If the supreme Court strikes down IEEPA tariffs that would cut the global tariff rate in half which would boost growth next year by around 0.6%.

This is based on the Yale Budget Lab's latest analysis of the impact of the Supreme Court's overturning of the IEEPA tariffs.
It would be a boom time. Of course, without any of the tariffs at all, 5.7% potential GDP growth, but still, great news!

The next hundred bagger is something you achieve by compounding over time rather than trying to find a stock that goes up 100x.
But I look forward to the discussion!

Do you know why no one is going to disrupt the hyperscaler cloud Giants?
Because the build 1 gigawatt of liquid-cooled data center is 50 billion dollars no one has that money... except them.

Big backlash against data centers This is something that we need to keep a eye on and this is why data centers and space are a thing because if big tech cannot convince us to build a data centers in our backyards they will just put them in orbit.

Oracle has secured 18 billion dollars in debt financing for data centers meta secure to 27 billion dollar deal with blue owl via a special purpose vehicle in which they will lease the use of data centers which does not count as debt it counts as operating expenses

Remember that Nvidia has 450 billion dollars in orders next year China is around 30 billion dollars They do not have the capacity for 450 billion dollars so if they sell nothing to China it will not affect their sales because they are so supply constrained that all the China supply can be redirected

Everyone is supply constrained and sold out to the end of next year on everything
Memory chips wafers food GPUs and of course GPUs themselves
It's 4 and 1/2 years to get a natural gas turbine!
As long as demand is greater than supply it cannot be a bubble. By definition.

But the only question is... Is it electric and is it vegan?😂
And how much does a fully loaded one of these cost?

The bigger the data center the more efficient it is and the more revenue per watt of power.
Which is the limiting factor... Now you know why we are building two gigawatt data centers and planning on 5 GW data centers by 2030.
5 GW is the amount of power New York City or Miami uses

Remember all those worries about how hyperscalers building their own chips would destroy Nvidia and remember how deep-seek was going to destroy Nvidia and how everyone keeps worrying about Nvidia and yet take a look... Risks to success never trump actual success 😉

All right playing the game of if I were dictator of the world I would build a open source AGIOS that would run everything unblockchain with full transparency and everyone could see why the system is doing what it's doing.
And most likely it would be real-time trueflation plus the optimal neutral

Okay so this looks scary but you have to remember as long as demand is higher than supply it doesn't matter how much money you spend it is not speculative.

The good news is there is a 93% that the government reopens by the end of the year according to betting markets but if it doesn't the Fed absolutely needs to be cutting rates because the government is 23% of the economy.

All somatic ETFs tend not to do well over time cuz they launch right at the top of the bubble and most AI ETFs are basically very similar to just big tech stocks so if you own the Nasdaq 100 or something similar you will get similar results for about 10 times lower fees

Jeremy Grantham keeps pounding the table about how margins are the most mean reverting data series in finance except that for 20 years now margins keep going higher and that's expected to continue for the next 5 years according to Bank of America thanks to AI.
