I wanted to share something remarkable.
For dinner I had six slices of spicy avocado toast.
My blood sugar did not go up... At all.
In fact it actually went down under 70 and then bounced around 85.
12 g of fiber and 6 g of protein per slice.
And absolutely delicious!
One word: FIBER!😉

The only thing I can think of to explain the sharp jump in retail sales in 2023 is that trueflation fell to 2% for the first time.
It's averaged about 2% ever since.
And retail sales growth has been floating higher ever since.

Okay I find this funny what this is saying is that after 4 years with media and GDP growth of 3.4%, And since the pandemic annualized growth of 4.2%, finally half of fund managers believe... That maybe the Fed raising rates to 5.25% won't actually cause growth to slow below average 😂
