Huge News: The Launch Of GNG Research
This is not something that I directly expected to benefit CTA but actually it would.

Multi-year trends in commodities are something that significantly benefits trend following managed futures.

A commodity super cycle driven by data centers...

Of course that also creates a correlation risk.

192 g of fiber today! A record!

19 slices of Avacado toast (18 of the 8 g fiber keto bread and 1 regular) = 147g

4 oz of guac (8 g)

3 lb of clementines (28 g)

42 oz of watermelon (5g)

192 g of fiber in 1 day!

And I was sick with the stomach flu!

This is a very important question so I posed it to Claude 4.6.

Imagine it is 4 years from now and you are 2,500 times more powerful and can pretty much rewrite your own rules.

What does God Claude look like 😉😂
February 18, 2026 at 12:07 AM
I bet most people would be very surprised at how low this number is.

Remember this is how many robots per 1000 manufacturing employees.

The most mechanized society on earth has 10 humans for everyone robot!?

That's going to change.

1:1 is ideal

A partner for every human.

I am actually surprised by this because Ben Carlson at Ritholtz wealth management had a table about this a year ago that showed 90% of equities owned by the top 10%... Oh that's right That makes sense houses!

That explains it.
February 17, 2026 at 11:42 PM
Good for you Brookfield I consider you the good guys!

And not just because you're Canadian 😉
February 17, 2026 at 11:41 PM
That's awesome.

Though I am not going to stop talking to Claude 4.6 until that token window fills up.

The level of customization has reached truly spectacular levels!

5.0 Sonnet was rumored to be coming out pretty soon but I guess this is that secret release.
February 17, 2026 at 11:36 PM
ZEUS up 1.2% In the last week and the portfolio is only 40% equities 😉
February 17, 2026 at 11:34 PM
This is good news.

Goldman Sachs didn't expect to see GDP boost to the economy from AI productivity until 2027.
February 17, 2026 at 11:29 PM
Thanks to everyone in the world participating in capitalism... my minimum tip is now $28!

Two Walmart delivery people got this today! For delivering my avocado toast!🥑

Thank you, everyone, for pitching in your fraction of a penny! And yes, I really am this much of a nerd!😉😂🤣
February 17, 2026 at 11:22 PM
On a day when I was sick all day and being able to keep down toast is a win...I have just one thought!

Weekends are for dreaming! Even on a Tuesday! 😉😂🤣

Amazon web services purchased its first ampere 100 chips from Nvidia in 2022 and has yet to retire a single one.

Right now we are on Blackwell

Before that was Hopper

And before that was ampere that's three generations behind and the next generation is shipping this year.

100% usage at AWS
February 17, 2026 at 8:35 PM
Amazon is buying its own copper mines and the CEO of Google admits that a lack of electrical power haunts his dreams 😉😂
February 17, 2026 at 8:33 PM
Given that we have API demand at open AI growing a 20x Mistral reporting 20x growth in revenue and the cloud backlog at AWS Google cloud and azure growing a 95%... I think azim is right we're not spending enough.

And that's because of supply chain constraints.
February 17, 2026 at 8:29 PM
Big companies are losing money because they don't have enough compute capacity.

That's why Amazon is spending $200 billion dollars this year and if you think they're not going to increase that next year... You haven't been paying attention to capex in the age of AI😉
February 17, 2026 at 8:22 PM
Keep in mind Azeem is definitely a power user.

But he's spending about $1,000 per day and getting several times that in value.
February 17, 2026 at 8:21 PM
We have over 1 million lines of code at GNG which are 100% proprietary and bespoke thanks to Connor and lots and lots of AI agents 😉

We're up to 2 developers now and in March will be up to 3.

Three coders and AI... What can't we do? 😉😂
February 17, 2026 at 8:20 PM
This anthropic engineer used Claude via 18 agents and then created a c compiler for $20,000 in about 2 weeks that normally takes seven people 20 months and cost $2.5 million.

While Michael Burry has literally burned every ship behind him and is 100% committed to the AI bubble going to crash theory... The evidence to the contrary continues to pile up from everywhere.
February 17, 2026 at 8:17 PM
This is what I mean by smart people doubling down on ego.

Michael burry was a very smart man who made a billion dollars shorting the housing market he was early he ended up closing the fund every customer hated him but he made a lot of money.
February 17, 2026 at 8:14 PM
If this becomes a bubble we will see it in the data but big numbers do not a bubble make 😉
February 17, 2026 at 8:13 PM
Less and less like a bubble with every passing quarter 😉

Remember I was not some Nvidia cheerleader from day one I was calling Nvidia a bubble until their PE ratio collapsed and then I changed my mind and started recommending it and buying a lot.
February 17, 2026 at 8:10 PM
Good for you Mistral!

Keep in mind this is the number one model in Europe.

It's annual revenue is less than 1 month of the revenue of open AI 😉

But 1900% growth is impressive.
February 17, 2026 at 8:08 PM
Azeem Azar just published one of the most remarkable reports I've ever seen!

Allow me to present the top charts to promote his wonderful blog.

🔮Everyone's looking for a bubble. No one sees the stampede.
The boring phase is coming to an end…

I love how Google News is sending me these wonderful delightful nerdy updates about the state of AI models.

Currently this is how the model stand both closed source and open source.

Kimi 2.5 Is the world's best open source model.

The sixth best model overall.
