The shutdown is the biggest recession risk.

If the supreme Court strikes down IEEPA tariffs that would cut the global tariff rate in half which would boost growth next year by around 0.6%.
November 11, 2025 at 3:38 AM
This is based on the Yale Budget Lab's latest analysis of the impact of the Supreme Court's overturning of the IEEPA tariffs.

It would be a boom time. Of course, without any of the tariffs at all, 5.7% potential GDP growth, but still, great news!

Congratulations Google Gemini has almost caught up to chat GPT with 650 million users and in Enterprise they have almost caught up.

Congratulations anthropic for killing it in Enterprise

Be careful Sam I think you might be going insane like Elon 😉 apparently too much power and wealth breaks human brains and drives us mad😂
November 10, 2025 at 2:44 PM
I see what he's saying I mean my company we need subscribers to support us. We need to survive as a company but there is a fine line between genius and madness and visionary and conman 😉
November 10, 2025 at 2:37 PM
Ok, NOW I get it. You're an accountant, who is trying to point out a valid, though arcane debate amongst economists, which has limited impact.

It's like your theory that everyone should have to learn double-booking keeping accounting.

It's all about accounting with you😉 You're delightful! 😂

OK, so Perplexity explained what you're saying to me.

300 million cars in the US and they last, on average 20 years, and so every year 15 million are purchased to replace them.

GDP captures that in the consumption of those 15 new cars, and everything that goes into building them.

Not sure what "everyone should know" means. What should they know?

OMG, this set list for the Loop tour is so good! It's going to be an amazing 3 nights in Melbourne, Australia! Because nothing beats flying to the other side of the world to hear life-changing music🤗

Do you know why no one is going to disrupt the hyperscaler cloud Giants?

Because the build 1 gigawatt of liquid-cooled data center is 50 billion dollars no one has that money... except them.

In the age of AI anyone who knows where to find the first principles data or even simply believe Jensen and his guidance 😉 becomes a genius.

All you have to do is believe the numbers and not believe that they are crazy just because they are big 🤣
November 9, 2025 at 8:17 PM
This is a wonderful book from 2007 but it explains exactly how the economy is k shaped where the rich live basically in their own country and the economy they live in is now disconnected from most other people.
November 9, 2025 at 8:14 PM
This is a funny meme I created for Michael batnick who keeps pointing to that famous picture of Jensen signing a bra 😉

But it is literally true that these numbers could grow exponentially for centuries.

So...stay invested.

This is what some people currently think we are starting to build.

Build so many solar collectors that you collect all of the Suns energy.

"Using what physical resources"?

Space mining.
.
November 9, 2025 at 8:04 PM
Of course plenty of communities want the data centers but at some point you will run out of places to put them and you'll have to go vertically.

Skyscraper data center is powered by geothermal.

In the ocean.

And of course in space there's plenty of room 😂
November 9, 2025 at 8:02 PM
Big backlash against data centers This is something that we need to keep a eye on and this is why data centers and space are a thing because if big tech cannot convince us to build a data centers in our backyards they will just put them in orbit.

Despite increasing growth spending by 20% annually for 8 years.

Free cash flow growth 22% up from 18% last quarter.

The skeptics keep saying that this isn't profitable... The world's most profitable companies disagree 😉😂

Oracle has secured 18 billion dollars in debt financing for data centers meta secure to 27 billion dollar deal with blue owl via a special purpose vehicle in which they will lease the use of data centers which does not count as debt it counts as operating expenses

Remember that Nvidia has 450 billion dollars in orders next year China is around 30 billion dollars They do not have the capacity for 450 billion dollars so if they sell nothing to China it will not affect their sales because they are so supply constrained that all the China supply can be redirected

Since you like fruit analogies here are some grocery analogies to help you understand 😉
November 9, 2025 at 7:34 PM
Here are the facts now let me ask Perplexity to put it in metaphors.
November 9, 2025 at 7:32 PM
Everyone is supply constrained and sold out to the end of next year on everything

Memory chips wafers food GPUs and of course GPUs themselves

It's 4 and 1/2 years to get a natural gas turbine!

As long as demand is greater than supply it cannot be a bubble. By definition.
