If regulators are asking for safety data and Tesla isn’t willing to share it, that alone makes approval unlikely. Transparency is essential for something as high-risk as FSD, if the tech is ready, the data should speak for itself.🤷🏼‍♀️

Great thread of articles here on the dangers & legal liabilities faced by Tesla over FSD & other quality issues.

Musk is untouchable by US regulators so it'll be independent or class-action lawsuits that serve justice in the end.

I don't blame them. Tesla are unsafe fiery death traps all around the world

This is near 100% confirmation that Tesla won't get a permit to roll out FSD Supervised in Europe.

My hunch is that the Regulator needs Tesla's FSD data, which Tesla has refused to submit even to regulators in California since 2014.

I wonder what Tesla has to hide?

The California DMV mandates that drivers move over and slow down for stationary first responders with their emergency lights on. In four consecutive tests, Tesla FSD v14.1.4 tried to illegally speed past a police car with its emergency lights on, at up to 11 mph over the limit.

FSD must be banned.

Eventually they will run out of "greater fools" and this will unwind like Enron and 2008 combined.
