I wrote a recommendation letter for a student and then used grammarly for copy editing. It said the letter is 33% AI generated and highlighted those parts like “I highly recommend XYZ…” and “this student has a unique combination of skill 1 and skill 2…”. What’s AI generate in this?

@kateconger.com and @rmac.bsky.social I just finished Character Limit and loved the research and storytelling! Do you know if Agrawal et al. got paid eventually? I know they sued but don’t know the outcome. Asked this on HN too but no one seems to know.

Singapore has dynamic congestion pricing for years. They subsidize public transportation and tax private transportation. When I left Singapore in 2016, the longest commute still cost less than $5 in air-conditioned subways and buses.
