Wicked For Good is epic. Sooo good. If pt1 was A New Hope then this is Empire & Return of the Jedi rolled into one. I have been changed… for good.

Just saw The Running Man and it was weirdly low octane. Just dragged a bit, and by Schwarzenegger’s triceps Glen Powell has zero charisma.

After 7 l-o-n-g weeks, wishing Arizona Congresswoman-elect Adelita Grijalva, who is the 158th & final vote to release the EPSTEIN Files, a wonderful Swearing-In Day, although not everyone is all that happy about it.

I keep saying it (and I would jump at the chance to write a Bond)… it’s really, really straightforward. You do exactly what they did with Lazenby, Moore, Dalton and Brosnan - cast a new actor and throw him into a new mission like he’s been there all along.

Watching The Running Man (1987) before seeing @edgarwright.bsky.social ‘s take tomorrow. Schwarzenegger’s stunt double is a great runner. Arnie himself not so much, but it remains a lot of fun.

Ummmm… I’ll do it. You literally just cast a new actor and throw him straight into a new mission like he’s been there all along. Why do these people keep treating their audience like they’re imbeciles?

Victoria's response to kamikazi transphobe Linehan reminds us that angry men are happy to harass women in the name of (checks notes) women's rights and that if a trans woman appearing on tv sends them ballistic then this is not about women's rights, it's about the eradication of the trans community

Anyone want to chat about latest season of The Morning Show? I’d been really struggling to find anything in *any* of the characters to really root for because they all came across as not just flawed but deeply, genuinely unpleasant. That is until last night’s Ep8.

Just finished the 1st act of a horror feature in which I’ve just introduced what I think may be the first ever instance of ‘Chekhov’s dildo’. Happy to be corrected.

Have you ever noticed it’s at weird things like this that Trump actually smiles? Like genuinely seems happy. And it’s the only time he looks like a normal human being. I’m not sure what the take away is but there you have it.

Currently writing a slasher so I’m rewatching some of the best to get me in the mood. Love @conanthecontrarian.bsky.social ‘s The Invisible Man and still kinda hoping for a sequel where Cecilia becomes an invisible superhero vigilante to deal justice to abusive men.

The first person to declare themselves King must’ve had some balls…
“Alright Kev?”
“How’s it going, Brian?”
“I’m your king now, as it goes.”
“Nice one. How’s that work?”
“I’ve got special blood, innit? And now you have to give a bunch of shiny shit to me and my family forever.”
“Fair enough.”
