Trump’s greatest weapon is not the true force of law but reluctance of his opponents to fight back. And the great thing is that we can take that power away from him whenever we choose.

From Washington D.C. to St. Paul, Minnesota. New York City to Chicago.
Hartford, Connecticut to Phoenix, Arizona — and absolutely everywhere in between.

I keep thinking about this scene in Judgment at Nuremberg (1961):

“Judge...Those people, those millions of people... I never knew it would come to that. You must believe it, you MUST believe it.”

Judge Haywood: “It came to that the first time you sentenced a man to death you knew to be innocent.”

If you feel like being inspired by a big law firm, here's the opening to Sussman Godfrey's lawsuit against Trump and his executive order targeting the firm. It still is amazing other firms caved quickly to Trump's mob-like and unconstitutional shakedown.

Here is my best guidance for action, rendered beautifully by the great John Lithgow. I first published these lessons more than eight years ago, in late 2016. They open the twenty chapters of "On Tyranny: Twenty Lessons from the Twentieth Century."

The only thing standing between Donald Trump and his authoritarian dream is the courts. But to defeat him, we need lawyers willing to litigate against him. Trump is trying to intimidate lawyers and law firms to stop fighting.

At least for me, it won't work. I wear his scorn like a badge of honor.

The idiocy of claiming that federal funds were spent on “transgender mice” is staggering. TransGENIC mice are essential in labs worldwide for pioneering research on cancer and other diseases in both humans & animals. Whoever put that in the speech should resign in shame, if they have any.

Was this just a set up to get people to admire Rubio?
Now would be a perfect time for Republican voters to ask all the right questions and follow up on the lies being told in response.
This is Marco Rubio explaining how the USA promised to defend Ukraine forever if they got rid of their nuclear arsenal left after the Soviet Union fell.

This is why lil marco was sinking into the couch. He was hoping we wouldn’t find it…so don’t RT right now this very second.
