If speaking out costs me a job, “friends”, etc. then they were not worth having. Silence is not an option. People loss their lives in the plane crash & the only appropriate response should have been compassion, prayers, & real solutions. Instead, we got a baseless scapegoating of DEI. Unacceptable!

If you're feeling overwhelmed, it's intentional. They're calling it "flooding the zone." The intent is to overwhelm and exhaust us so we can not effectively resist. Something simple you can do right now now is to make sure to take breaks and rest.
