I'm approximately 3000 years late to the party, but this morning I finished Rosemary's Baby!
I mean, it's a classic for a reason. I was surprised by two things: the VERY era-specific language (which I really should not have been surprised by) -

Today I finished a book that, like Heavenly Tyrant, I've been on pins and needles waiting for - Witchcraft for Wayward Girls by Grady Hendrix.

I finally got to read The Deep by Nick Cutter, which has been on my TBR for a hot minute.

Heavenly Tyrant by @xiranjayzhao.bsky.social is a book I've been waiting literal *years* for, and it was worth EVERY MINUTE.
I'm still so fresh off of finishing this that I don't think I can parse out my deep love for this book without spoilers, so y'all will just have to trust me.

It was mostly wonderful, but also there was this
(I'm happy to report that my family does not in fact partake of Freedom Fuel - we're an HEB Cafe Olé family)
