I remember what a revelation it was to see GUMMI BEARS when it debuted on NBC’s Saturday morning cartoon lineup. It may look dated now, but compared to its contemporaries, it was like feature animation had landed on the landscape of janky limited-animation TV toons. And that theme! 👨🍳😘
