Recently visited old friends and some of them are doing well, while others have fallen to rock bottom. I ended having a conversation with the ladder and lied about my success because I did not want to hurt them with how successful my life has become compared to theirs. And funny enough at the end...

This holiday season and entering next year I think there should be a new tradition of legal fights at the workplace. Just bring out the 🥊 and whoever wins gets the holiday season off.

Well for the first time ever I witnessed pure favoritism in hiring. I just finished a degree, have more experience and beat the other person out in every way, but I was still told that the individual "edged" me out. 🫤

I'm finishing my Bachelor's and talking with my friends who are struggling with hours for work. Trying to convince my friends to change their careers to something that has guaranteed employment and 40hr work weeks with overtime availability is similar to talking to a 🧱. 🤦 I'll be supportive though

I am quickly finding out that when people's positions are gently considered to be replaced, suddenly work is being accomplished and push back is guaranteed.

Seeing xbox move into a software handheld ecosystem just makes me even more happy that I switched to PC gaming exclusively and cancelled my game pass subscription. It was fun while it lasted, but now indie PC games are my favorite pass time.
