Having a hard time remembering the last time a US President publicly called a former head of US intelligence "a criminal" who should "be taken care of." We welcome any clarification.

Just a reminder that what he's talking about is the private information about every American and business, and there are laws against this access. "Transform the way the government works" by doing what? Targeting opponents? Microtargeting political ads so Republicans never lose?
