There is a big article on the front page of the NYTimes about the "Best Buys" for Black Friday, but not a peep about the boycott we are trying to have. I did not leave the house or buy a single thing today and I don't intend to buy anything until after Dec 2. Newsweek did cover it...

A key marketing/propaganda tactic relies on "the illusory truth effect." It's the tendency of humans to believe false information to be correct after repeated exposure. It's another reason to be extremely discerning in one's inputs.
