If you are healthy & know ppl w/chronic illnesses, pls know we are not all the same. Similarities can exist, but there are varying degrees along a spectrum, from remission to ICU. Bad days hit us out of nowhere, knock us out. Don't compare us to your chronic ill friend who just ran a 5K.
