Stelling: bestuurders die niet eens kunnen bedenken dat je een probleem hebt als je docenten halverwege een semester ontslaat, dienen ontslagen te worden. Kan ook halverwege een semester, dat merkt toch niemand.

I know professors aren’t respected, but in the last week: a guy at my gym blamed me for the election loss, and my dental hygienist told me my job was unnecessary because everyone can teach themselves anything online. We work so hard even left-leaning people think we’re either the problem or obsolete

I used Handel's earlier book to teach Sinography to Peruvian sinologists back in 2021. Looking forward to this new book. I'm sure people from all backgrounds will appreciate it!
If I can finish proofreading and make the index in time, my new book will come out in January. 📖

I've been working on it for five years so I'm pretty excited that it will soon be a reality. I'd like to tell you a bit about it.
