This is not a simple budget increase. It is an explosion - making ICE bigger than the FBI, US Bureau of Prisons, DEA,& others combined.

We've had annual growth of 3 percent or higher in 4 years out of the last 20. But yes, if you just assume miraculous numbers there's no reason to think are realistic, a lot of problems go away.
