Lots of projects going on with Victoria’s Big Build including the Metro Tunnel yet it’s still single track from Gowrie to Upfield. You’d have thought that line would’ve been duplicated years ago and the line extended, especially how Melbourne’s northern suburbs is sprawling and still expanding.
