Last night at a Hannukah party an 8 year old asked me if I was "born a girl" (she seemed to think that I was, at least I think) and, whether or not she knew it, that is one of the best gifts I could receive this year. Happy happy everyone 💖

My gf isn't a music dork like me (she's a sci-fi nerd) and we were recently watching a movie and one of the characters put on the Shaggs' Philosophy of the World and she was so fucking confused. I tried explaining it but I feel like I didn't do it justice. For the record, I hate that album.

This case is a perfect example of just one reason why allowing ICE to walk around without ID and with their face covered is awful - ICE agent does a monstrous crime and gets arrested? "He's not one of ours"
This is good news. The ICE agent is arrested on state charges, so the Convicted FElon & the Regime can't do anything to stop this. They can try but it will be illegal.

Was just defending (again) my (completely righteous) decision to play a 5 string bass against a blasphemer and I fairly stumbled over a joke about bass players with something a little extra and I think that's the dirtiest trans bass player joke I've ever uttered. I'd say I'm ashamed but I'm not.

Sarah, I am all for building working class coalitions, but you constantly get it backwards. It’s not trans people who hate working class MAGA folks, but the reverse! Why must we accommodate their bigotry while abandoning other marginalized working class ppl who will actually return our solidarity?
