To cut a long story short, before Brexit we had EU water quality regulation with teeth. Now we have UK regulation and it's toothless.

Keep pushing on to 100,000 signatures though, as that secures a parliamentary debate. There have been debates about Brexit but this would be the first one about rejoining.
