Anyway on a more cheerful note the EV passed its MOT and the best guy in the history of garages has sorted it to stop whining about the air pressure in the tyres by entering said air pressure into the MMI. I have now discovered a ‘new’ thing - white line control which I am anxious to pursue.

Why is it people who design cupboards for bathrooms, kitchens, toilets etc. fail to grasp the height of the products which need to be contained in said cupboards ?

Still waiting for Starmer to make a comment on the crisis with the BBC.

Why doesn’t the BBC apologise and amend the documentary on i Player ?

Angela Rayner as new DG would be an interesting choice..

Need to remember Trump is on his last legs.

Why do Reform voters think Farage will be able to stop small boats ? He will get more small boats because he will fall out with the EU and get no cooperation. Putin will be pleased - Farage seems to like pleasing Putin. Still he was paid by Russian State tv for years. Money talks.

I reckon there should be a Government version of Celebrity Traitors’ . Instead of identifying traitors , identify policies and consequently identify traitors.

I don’t really know how best to interact on Bluesky. I use the Discover channel because I like to know what is happening in the World. I follow people but I don’t listen to their every word because that seems like stalking. Am not sure about ‘Lists’ . I block ‘adult content’. Advise appreciated.

I found the button to turn on the EV to defrost the wing mirrors. It’s sort of obvious but not necessarily to me. I tried the ‘You tube’ explanation but it depends on the model and the year etc. Now - I need it to stop with the air pressure nonsense. The tyres are right according to the i phone.

Be interesting to see people’s ideas on how to control ‘The Media’ that’s not behind a paywall. Personally- I would be radical.

The British Government should not outsource ‘Death Camps or death because you are defined as illegal’ in the same way as Trump is doing. This is not an acceptable strategy for stopping small boats.

Why are Reform pursuing ‘Deregulation opportunities’ when Reese Mogg exhausted them as Minister for ‘Brexit Opportunities and Government Efficiency ? ‘Could it be that they are trying the same old hoodwinking strategy as the last Tory Government ?

BREAKING: Senator Schumer just proposed a completely fair deal to open the government. All he asked for is that the Affordable Care Act subsidies be extended for one year.

This is in Trump‘s court now. Democrats are trying to protect our healthcare. Republicans are trying to protect billionaires.

I was reminded of this earlier. The moment the EU parliament were told Farage & Co were working for Putin.

Yet the polls in britain gave Farage's party way out in front in GE voting intention polls.

To my english followers: "Спасибо" (Spasibo) is the russian for thank you.

One minute you’re promising to torch bureaucracy, the next you’re begging the markets not to set fire to your manifesto.

Fiscal gravity is a helluva thing - and Nigel Farage has found that out this week, in spades.

Farage has discovered what every populist eventually does - you can’t outshout mathematics.

Had to laugh at Musk and his theory about all those folk in the Shires desperate for protection from Tommy Robinson and his band of thugs. Who exactly are they protecting them from ? Musk needs to stop taking drugs. Trump needs to stop subsidising this asshole and let him go bust.

Maybe Starmer should consider that all the anti immigration nonsense affects real people and maybe it’s time he shut down this garbage.
November 3, 2025 at 7:03 PM
Maybe Farage should understand his minders - they want civil war in UK .

How do you get your message across with X and Face Book and the likes of the Daily Mail ? You can’t unless you start to put in some controls. Media currently junk mail.
