7 quarts of homemade tomato sauce from my garden.
Up to 20 quarts on the shelf now. This weekend I'll have to cut the vines down and let the rest ripen indoors, can probably get another 10 quarts out of the size of the fruit out there.

I found an interesting recipe for a NC BBQ sauce which uses an apple mash and vinegar base for canning, but I'll be damned if I bookmarked it for later.
