7 quarts of homemade tomato sauce from my garden.
Up to 20 quarts on the shelf now. This weekend I'll have to cut the vines down and let the rest ripen indoors, can probably get another 10 quarts out of the size of the fruit out there.

5 quarts of tomato sauce done, 4 are in the canner now, and then I can start working on the plums. Looks like I'll be putting off making potato leek soup until I'm back from Ireland next week.

Got my seeds started - tomatoes and tomatillos
They'll be inside until the last weeks of April-ish.
I'll start the cucumbers, peppers, and butternut squash at the start of March.
Peas and beans will go directly in the ground in May.
