HAHAHA! After Judge Beryl Howell called his bluff and ordered Rudy to prove under penalty of perjury that he was too sick to show up to his contempt hearing, Rudy withdrew his request.
JUST IN: Rudy Giuliani says he will no longer seek to appear virtually at tomorrow's contepmt proceeding in DC — notes that he consults with an ex-NYPD commissioner (Kerik?) for his personal security.
