Accord Wondrous Item, Very Rare Tensions may run high when two sides quarrel over disputes considered irreconcilable. Sometimes emotions may bubble over to physical actions and in times like those, a few moments to speak may make a world of difference. This necklace is cast from solid gold, with a silver pendant resembling a dove hanging from it. When clasped around your neck for the first time, it magically locks into place becoming unremovable until you pull it hard enough to snap the chain. While this necklace is clasped around your neck, you gain a +2 bonus to persuasion checks made to secure peaceful agreements between two sides. The GM determines whether this bonus applies to any particular check. When a creature takes a hostile action against you, such as attempting to attack or grapple you, you can use a reaction to rip this necklace from your neck activating the magics within. The dove pendant animates and flies into the distance. The necklace casts charm person (DC 17) on up to 5 creatures of your choice that are within 30 feet of you. You are never considered to be fighting the creature when the spell is cast this way. The necklace becomes a non-magical gold chain after casting its magics. When cast in this way, targeted creatures never gain a circumstance bonus on their save due to you or your allies having threatened it or taken hostile actions against it. The necklace then becomes a normal, non-magical gold chain.

Been watching all the Best Tech of ‘24 videos. There’s a stark difference between @theverge.com and #Testedcom. Every product V recommends has a caveat or drawback, like they made a list of sponsored items and added disclaimers. T shows stuff they found value in and they are genuinely excited for.

And oil painting of a Menger sponge in blue, yellow, and red, over a cool grey/green/blue background; lines cut randomly across the painting, and where they do the hue and saturation and value of the colors in that area shift sharply, maintaining an overall color scheme that nonetheless feels very fractured and unstable. An oil painting of six iterations of a Hilbert curve superimposed over one another, rendered in increasingly squiggly lines of blue, yellow and red, with the paint of each layer smearing into that of the previous layers and creating transient sections of smeared gradient between the red, blue, and yellow colors as the paint combines and drags across the canvas. An oil painting of a Menger sponge in white, blue, and orange, with very vibrant colors at the foremost edge of the cube-like structure, fading tile by tile into toward a common light grey hue and value in the background as if disappearing into the fog; the visible interior in the lower left is almost indistinguishable from one colored face to the next.
