🌳NEW #DnD MAGIC ITEM 🌳

Arbor +2 Quarterstaff, Very Rare (requires attunement by a druid) A twisting network of interwoven vines and roots make up the handle length of this quarterstaff, swirling upward towards the vibrant canopy of small leafy trees at the top. The leaves on the trees shine as though a brilliant sun is always basking them in golden rays. A subtle and pleasant rustling sound can be heard when this staff is held within 5 feet of you. You gain a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magical quarterstaff. Once per day, while attuned to this item, you can use an action to plant the end of this staff in the ground causing a 60 foot tall tree to sprout from it. A network of vines forms a ladder that can be climbed into the canopy which contains a pleasant grove of fruit trees that satiate hunger and thirst for one day as well as eight comfortable vinework hammocks that function as beds. The tree persists for 10 hours, or until you speak the command word to cause it to change back into a normal staff. This ability resets daily at dawn. Spells. This quarterstaff has 10 charges. While holding it, you can use an action to expend 1 or more of the staff's charges to cast one of the following spells from it, using your spell save DC and spell attack bonus: Grasping Vine (3 charges), Locate Animals or Plants (1 charge), Speak with Plants (2 charges), Sunbeam (5 charges), Tree Stride (4 charges). The staff regains 1d6 + 4 expended charges daily at dawn.

Sir William is a proper noble gentleman with a preference for the finer things in life as opposed to the dank corridors of a dungeon. It desires to be friendly with influential people and will not strike those of noble birth willingly. Though it is a shortsword, Sir William takes great offense to being called short. Bravura Quarterstaff, Very Rare (requires attunement) Those who would stand in the face of the most horrid of beasts and choose to fight back rather than run may just be worthy of this weapon. From tip to haft, this staff is clad in a hardened, glowing gold metal. The head of it is emblazoned with a statue of a proud lion and blue and gold banners are draped from a crossbar near the head. Holding this staff fills you with resolve and bolsters your confidence. You have a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon. Additionally, while attuned to this weapon, you gain a +2 bonus to Saving Throws made against effects that would Frighten you. This staff can also be used as a holy symbol if you replace the banners with ones befitting your deity. Three times per day, you can use a bonus action to slam the butt of this staff into an empty space within five feet of you, summoning a golden, spectral version of the banner in that space when you do. It begins to emit a bolstering aura in a 30 foot radius sphere around it that persists for 1 minute. Creatures that you choose within that sphere become immune to the frightened condition and deal an additional 1d8+3 radiant damage with their weapon and spell attacks. Uses of this ability reset daily at dawn.

Serinade ITEM 4 Auditory, Invested, Magical Price 84 gp Usage worn cloak; Bulk L The outside of this mantle is decorated with brightly colored feathers that resemble that of songbirds in the wild. When exposed to sunlight, they seem to dance and change color based on the angle at which the cloak is viewed. Holding it fills your head with a symphony of beautiful bird calls resembling a sunny summer day in the country. When you invest in this cloak, a harmless, illusory songbird appears on the shoulder of this cloak. You choose the appearance of the songbird when you invest in the cloak and can change its appearance during your daily preparations. Kintsugi Plate Armor, Legendary There is beauty to be found in things that have once broken, but have now been made whole again. An ancient tradition of repairing broken pottery using lacquer mixed with powdered gold, it appears that this plate armor was pieced back together after it was once shattered. The golden seams of this piece now teem with magic, ready to break and rebuild anew. You have a +3 bonus to AC while wearing this armor. While wearing this armor, when you are targeted by a melee or ranged weapon attack you can use a reaction to quickly move causing the armor to take the brunt of the strike. When you do so, the attack still hits, but deals no damage to you. You still must make any saves against conditions or additional effects. Each time you use this ability, lower the bonus to AC that this magic armor provides by 1 as pieces of the armor chip away. The armor magically repairs itself daily at dawn returning to its full +3 bonus. Sacrifice. Once per day during your turn, you can use an action to cause this armor to shatter into 4 separate pieces. Choose up to 4 creatures, which can include yourself, within 120 feet of you to protect. For the next 10 minutes, a piece of the armor magically floats around them attempting to deflect attacks. Each creature gains a +2 bonus to AC for as long as the piece of armor floats near them. While shattered, the armor provides no additional benefits to you. After 10 minutes, the armor reforms on your body returning its benefits.

Doomscroll Consumable, Rare This odd stone tablet contains a magicked scroll that wraps around two rolls allowing it to seemingly continue to be rolled forever. The tablet itself is unremarkable, but the soft and alluring blue glow it produces seems to draw viewers towards it, inviting them to take it into their hands and see what it has to say. It occasionally softly buzzes and emits a bell-like sound if left alone for a period of time, attempting to make itself noticed to anyone around. When a creature uses an action to pick up the tablet and interact with it, the blue glyphs on the scroll morph into a language the creature knows and appears to be vapid but inflammatory snippets of text along with rudimentary and often falsified imagery targeting the reader’s likes, dislikes, fears, anxieties, and occasionally their comedic tastes. The creature must then attempt a DC 17 Wisdom saving throw. If the creature fails their saving throw, they become charmed by the tablet and want nothing else but to read the messages upon it for the next 10 minutes, ignoring most of the world around them. They can repeat their saving throw once per minute spent reading the tablet. The effect ends on a success, if they take damage, are affected by harmful magics other than the tablet’s, or if another creature uses an action to make a successful contested Athletics check with the reader to rip the tablet away from them. Once the effect ends by any means, the tablet stops glowing and crumbles to dust. The creature then gains a -1 penalty to their Intelligence and Charisma modifiers for 1 hour.

Punch Drunk ITEM 5 Consumable, Magical Price 29 gp Usage held in 1 hand; Bulk L Activate [2] (manipulate) This entirely normal looking brown bottle is actually constructed from a special crystalline glass made to hold liquids with a decidedly more potent disposition. The cork that stops the top is held in with a twistable cage that takes a surprising amount of effort to undo the first time. A label is emblazoned across the exterior of the bottle with a printed logo identifying the drink as “Punch Drunk”. To the untrained eye, this appears to be a normal bottle of ale. A creature that has reason to be suspicious of this bottle can correctly identify its nature with a successful recall knowledge action (DC 19) using Underworld Lore. When activated, you uncork this bottle unleashing a wave of potent ale in the form of a sudsy fist that punches the creature holding it. Attempt a DC 19 Fortitude save. Critical Success The creature is drenched in ale, but unaffected. Success The creature becomes off-guard for 10 minutes. Failure As success, but the creature is also clumsy 1 for 10 minutes. Critical Failure As failure, but the creature is also stupefied 2 for 10 minutes.
