No emails are doctored as @digitaldavina.bsky.social claims. There has never been a need for that. The accusation reflects her thinking. When accountability feels threatening, some people project their own avoidance onto those they once called community. Honesty would have resolved this early.

The lies by @digitaldavina.bsky.social have continued even with full screen recordings, timestamps, and written agreements. This is not confusion. It is a pattern. Documentation exists and has been consistent from the start.

3/ But we’re not creating safety. We’re training the nervous system to expect danger every time we speak.

2/ Every time we over-explain, we reactivate the emotional circuitry that encoded the original harm. The autistic brain stores every sensory cue from social pain. When similar cues appear, the amygdala fires. The body prepares for loss. So we talk, justify, add detail hoping for protection. But ⤵️

erase it it just burns you out faster.

Many don’t realise that to be diagnosed with #autism you must meet the threshold for disability. The DSM-5 requires “clinically significant impairment” in daily life.

So saying “I’m autistic but not disabled” isn’t self-acceptance, it’s a contradiction.

2/Your inner child doesn’t need to be exiled, but they can’t drive.

When you let unhealed parts of you steer, every relationship becomes a reenactment. Healing begins the moment the adult takes the wheel and says, “We don’t live there anymore.”

This is exactly the problem - diagnostic criteria that exclude people who’ve learned to cope ‘too well.’ High IQ becomes a weapon against getting help because we’ve decided masking = fine, when really it = exhausted. Your kids deserve assessment regardless of grades or how quiet their struggles are.

Reality: loud noises, busted ear, light too bright, brain buffering like 2001 dial-up modem.
