I am exhausted. I finally got into bed around 8/830 last night. Mom called at 1130p and 330a. It’s currently 430a.
Her last call was really worrisome. She had to be convinced it was 330a. She said she had blood all over. Well she ripped out her IV and BP cuff saying they were taping her down.

Finally made it!!
Mom was strong enough to talk to me a couple hours ago. She sounded better than I expected. I head to the airport in about three hours
Mom is out of surgery but needed a second blood transfusion. So much is happening so fast. They did say this may happen because the surgery and injury are known to cause extra bleeding. Lawd, this is so much, but I'll be there in less than 48 hrs. Apparently, she asked my sis to see if I could come.

Don't hitch your karma to someone else's misdeed. Stop spending energy wishing people badly. Focus on protecting, recovering and improving self. Whether they prosper or fail shouldn't mean anything to you if you've healed.

I’m up. It’s raining. Greigh has a vet visit for travel meds. My toes are cold. I have 48 hrs til we fly out. I need to do laundry/pack. I also have to work today and have 2 internal calls and one client call for which I haven’t prepped 😮💨 send prayers y’all. The stress has also started a fibro flare
