💕 yeah. Post op delirium affects up to 61% of the population over 65. She’s had knee and hip replacement surgeries without it. But the preceding trauma of the fall meant we couldn’t mentally prep her like with the others, making it more stressful both physically and mentally. It broke her.

If you just want a good time, they are perfect for the rotation. If you want everything, leave them men alone lolol

These are pretty obvious signs of post operative delirium and I’m extremely annoyed they aren’t treating it as such.

Having to do a whole ass intervention with her care team is frustrating af. Just because I don’t have a medical degree doesn’t mean I don’t know how to research or don’t understand
