I’ve reduced time limited and added other restrictions on my phone apps - I’m pretty good about it too, I only hit the ignore time limit if I’m trying to look something up, and still strong on my self imposed tiktok ban 💪🏻 has this made me far more susceptible to buying books? Yes, extremely
