Having a ridiculously good time with Blender. After a week watching Humane Rigging, it's starting to fall into place. About halfway into the week I realised it was one of those problem solving type skills that I really dig. Woohoo!

First one to get free reign of for like half an hour to play 3D pong of was my dad's PowerBook from work. Never really saw it again but I was hooked. I believe the Macintosh Quadra Pro was the first computer I got to call my own.
What was y'all's first computer? I'm curious what the spread might be like.
Bonus points for sharing some anecdotal memories of your experience with it. 💜
Mine was a Commodore C64C, which I managed to semi-fry one day by knocking a pound coin off an overhead shelf down into a vent. 🫠

First one to get free reign of for like half an hour to play 3D pong of was my dad's PowerBook from work. Never really saw it again but I was hooked. I believe the Macintosh Quadra Pro was the first computer I got to call my own.
Almost on the last week of this month's Year of Game. I think I'll have a passable prototype of the game, and that's good enough for now. Next month I'm going to start splitting my week into Code and Art days. Starting Blender tutorials and the Rustonomicon.

I managed to figure out where I was going wrong, scene selection-wise. The paths work absolutely and the difference between bind() and base() got me all hot and bothered. Game in a month, woo!
