Yep. The middle school soccer coach was also the coach for girls basketball. So he just started putting the basketball girlies on the team soccer team to keep them in shape. A lot of them had never even played soccer before.
Save for actual long distance running, Basketball and soccer require the most conditioning and stamina. You running nonstop for 48 and 90 mins, respectively. You ABSOLUTELY need to be in shape.
