It is possible that by the time an individual is diagnosed as terminally ill, they will have had to travel distance to receive 2nd options, fight with a local system to get the recommended treatment, research the disease, interpret results, schedule more appointments.
Each year that New York lawmakers fail to act, terminally ill residents endure unnecessary suffering without the option of medical aid in dying. With 46 days left in the session, urge lawmakers to pass this critical legislation before time runs out. buff.ly/SLT90PI

The four IA specials this year have been in eastern Iowa and western Iowa; rural Iowa and urban Iowa; Dem districts and Republican districts.

And they've all seen very similar overperformances: 22, 24, 25 & 26 points. This is not good news for the GOP's hopes of holding #IAGov & #IASen.

My prediction is that in that scenario, he blames the Bureau of Labor Statistics, which puts out employment data. Calls them corrupt, run by Democrats, out to get him. Fires people there, insists their numbers cannot be trusted, White House puts out its own fictitious data to make Trump look good

My dad recognized the importance of empowering people with disabilities at a key moment in the history of de-institutionalization. He was too modest to recognize that his local and national advocacy informed laws (1980) that give individuals with disabilities rights to accessibility and inclusion.

Asking the same question. Where are the ads? My memory may be flawed... were there not PSAs around the Affordable Care Act?
Remember when Republicans ran endless ads about a sound bite that Kamala made on Transgenders? Why aren’t we doing the same with Joni Ernst saying “we are all going to die”! Run it as an ad during UFC fights.
